Yü Energy offer up to date and easy to use methods for submitting your meter readings, to avoid the inaccurate estimates and the inflated invoice that come as a result of them.

  • Online - Visiting their website at the simplest and most efficient way. There you will find a simple form containing 6 boxes, all you need to do is input your account details along with your meter readings. This is the quickest and most painless way to do it and shouldn’t take you more than a minute.

  • Phone - If you don’t want to submit you meter reading online and rather talk to a person instead. Feel free to phone them at 01159758258 and submit all your meter reading that way.

Meter Reader

Anymetering equipment must comply with the requirements set out byYü Energyat all times, these can be found in the terms and conditions of the contract. Any new equipment to be installed to meet the requirements or any maintenance required on existing equipment will be arranged by Yü Energy and you may be required to pay any of costs incurredthroughout the process.
