  • Submit Them Online - By simply going on online you can submit your meter readings. By going to https://www.hudsonenergy.co.uk/submit-meter-reading, you can fill in all your readings there.  The benefit of doing it online is that you can also access your customer portfolio manager where you can access your usage data to see where savings in your energy usage can be made.
  • Call Them - Submit your meter readings over the phone, if you don’t want to submit them online or aren’t technically minded.  You can phone them on 03300882679 and submit your reading over the phone to a person instead. 

Smart Meters 

Any smart metres and metering equipment must comply with the Act outlined in the terms and conditions of the contract. If any of the metering equipment is not suitable, arrangements will be made to replace or repair the equipment and any cost to do that will be charged to you. Your smart meter can be connected to your customer portfolio manager where you can go online and receive updates every half an hour a what your usage is as well as any other relevant information on your energy supply.

How Much Notice do I Have to Give to Leave? 

  •   If you're on a fixed price plan look for your contract end date on your bill.  Make sure you don’t forget it and get caught out. 
  •  For anything else check your terms & conditions.
