Send Them an Email - You can send either the meter reading or even a photo of the reading along with your account details and they’ll upload them for you.

All their business customers’ energy statements are conveniently stored on their secure online portal. This means they’re available to be viewed anytime, anywhere. You’ll get a quick email when they’re ready to view.
Customers who decide to pay by Direct Debit will receive their statement every 6 months, if you wanted to pay once you’ve received the bill you’ll need to do that every 4 months.
